Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 8th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Abhira and Ruhi perform a Himachali dance. Krish comments that they are dancing in perfect sync. Abhira asks Ruhi how she knows about the Himachali dance, and Ruhi remembers Akshara. Kiara and Charu request Ruhi’s help with the Pahadi dance. Abhira pulls Manish to the dance floor, but Ruhi quickly takes him away.
Arman shares a romantic moment with Abhira. She worries that someone might see them in the corner. Arman says that in a joint family, they have to steal private moments. He tries to get closer to Abhira but struggles with her nose ring. Abhira laughs and explains that the nose-ring ritual is to keep the bride and groom apart before the wedding. Arman teases her playfully.
Ruhi confronts Manish about attending Abhira’s event. Manish explains that they have a relationship with the Poddars, so he is attending the function. Ruhi questions him about not supporting her when Abhira slapped her. Manish defends Abhira, but Ruhi insists that he shouldn’t attend Abhira’s wedding. Manish responds that Ruhi herself is staying with Arman and giving orders under the same roof. Ruhi demands that he skip the wedding.
Meanwhile, Abhira and Arman share another romantic moment. Manish fails to notice a picture of Akshara and Abhinav. Abhira asks if something is bothering him, but Manish lies. Abhira suspects Ruhi is causing trouble for him. Manish decides to leave the function, but Abhira fears something bad is going to happen. Arman comforts her.
As Manish prepares to leave, he becomes uneasy and returns to find Swarna and Surekha. He is shocked to see a photo of Akshara and Abhinav and realizes that Abhira is Akshara’s daughter. He becomes emotional, thinking about how Akshara is no longer alive. Abhira continues to feel uneasy, sensing something is wrong. The episode ends.
Precap: Kaveri announces that Abhira will host another event and praises her for organizing the nose-ring ritual. She discusses the tradition and asks Abhira to bring her family. Sanjay and Kaveri believe Abhira will fail, but Abhira is determined to win Kaveri’s challenge.
