Nidhi is now at the peak of her fear because Karan is convinced that Preeta is in the city. Karan tells Rishabh that he doesn’t need proof anymore because his soul can feel Preeta’s presence. He starts visiting every temple and hospital in the area, hoping to find her. Nidhi follows him secretly and tries to create hurdles, like making him get into a small car accident to stop his search. However, Karan is unstoppable and continues his mission, leaving Nidhi feeling like she is losing control over the Luthra mansion.
At the same time, the conflict between Rajveer and Palki gets worse. Shaurya manages to convince Rajveer that Palki was meeting a secret boyfriend at a cafe. Rajveer, who is already feeling insecure, says some very mean things to Palki, questioning her character. Palki is completely broken and decides to end her relationship with Rajveer, saying that love without trust is useless. Shaurya celebrates this victory by offering Palki a “job” in his office, planning to keep her close and manipulate her further.
The final scene takes place at a busy market where Preeta is seen shopping for some medicines. She still doesn’t remember her past and is living a simple life. Karan is also at the same market, and they are standing just a few feet away from each other. A sudden heavy rain starts, and everyone runs for cover. Karan and Preeta end up standing under the same small roof. The episode ends with Karan turning his head and finally seeing Preeta’s face clearly after so many years.
Upcoming Twist: Just as Karan is about to call out to Preeta, Nidhi arrives and hits Preeta with her car “accidentally” to stop the meeting. Preeta will be rushed to the hospital, and the doctors will reveal that the injury might actually help her regain her memory.
