Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 20th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Sanjay asks Arman what will happen if Abhira doesn’t make it to the wedding. He reminds Arman that Abhira missed her Haldi ceremony too. Arman, however, remains hopeful, saying that Abhira will come because of their love. Sanjay tries to bring Arman back to reality, but Arman insists that Abhira will arrive on time. He asks the chorus gang to help him get ready for the wedding, and Manisha and Manoj decide to support him. Meanwhile, Ruhi, Kaveri, and Vidya are upset.
Manish talks to Abhira, expressing his disappointment. He recalls losing his children and mentions Shubham, blaming Swarna for hiding the truth to protect Kartik. He talks about his love for Swarna and accuses Abhira of making excuses. Abhira hesitates about marrying Arman, but Manish encourages her to think about Arman, who is fighting for their love. He tells her that Arman’s love is genuine and asks her to make a decision.
Vidya tries to manipulate Abhira into backing out. She suggests that if Abhira’s love for Arman is real, she shouldn’t go to the wedding. Abhira is shocked. Meanwhile, Charu and Kiara help Arman get ready and compliment him, saying he will be a handsome groom. Arman feels lucky to have Abhira. Krish teases Arman with sweet talk, and Aryan asks what will happen if the Poddars don’t attend the wedding. Rohit assures them that everyone will come for Arman. Ruhi, upset, notices her ring with Arman.
Manish gives Abhira Akshara’s lehenga as a gift and encourages her to stop overthinking and get ready for the wedding. Swarna tells Ruhi about the lehenga, making Ruhi think that the marriage will happen.
Abhira reflects on her feelings for Arman and realizes she loves him. She decides to marry him and gets ready. Meanwhile, Ruhi believes that Manish gave the same lehenga to Arohi. She dresses up as a bride. Arman eagerly waits for Abhira, but she decides not to arrive on time.
Manish asks Swarna to be happy for Abhira, but Swarna worries about Ruhi. Manisha, Aryan, and Krish tease Sanjay, while Manish reminisces about Akshara when he sees Abhira. Ruhi, on the other hand, decides to marry Arman. Arman feels sad seeing Vidya upset, as she refuses to attend the wedding.
Manish feels relieved that Abhira has chosen to marry Arman. Meanwhile, Kajal asks Vidya to complete a ritual for Arman, but Vidya ignores him, leaving Arman upset. Episode ends.
