The morning at the Poddar house is extremely tense during the breakfast hour. Kaveri (Dadi Sa) announces that the entire family must stay home for the grand Kuldevi Puja. Abhira, however, stands her ground and explains that she has a very important court hearing that she cannot miss. This leads to a massive argument where Kaveri accuses Abhira of being a “selfish daughter-in-law” who doesn’t respect lineage. Armaan tries to defend Abhira’s career, but one look from Dadi Sa silences him.
Abhira goes back to her room to organize her evidence files, looking determined but emotionally drained. Ruhi enters the room with a glass of orange juice, pretending to offer support and sisterly advice. While Abhira is busy on a call with her senior, Ruhi “accidentally” tips the entire glass over Abhira’s open laptop and the main hard-copy files. The juice soaks into the paper, making the ink run and the laptop screen flicker and go black.
Abhira’s reaction is one of pure despair. She screams and tries to wipe the liquid off with her dupatta, but the damage is done. The papers are a blurry mess, and she has lost her digital data right before the court hearing. Ruhi starts apologizing with a fake, teary-eyed look, saying she tripped on the rug. Abhira looks at her with a mix of suspicion and deep hurt, realizing that someone in this house is actively trying to destroy her life.
Precap: Armaan finds Abhira crying on the floor and feels her pain. Later that evening, he passes by the hallway and sees the CCTV room door open. Tomorrow, Armaan will check the footage and be shocked to see Ruhi intentionally practicing her “stumble” multiple times before entering Abhira’s room.
