Anupamaa 1st September 2024 Written Episode Update: In today’s episode, the doctors operate on Anupama. Anuj questions Kanhaji for putting him through this pain. He says that good people shouldn’t suffer. Anuj expresses his exhaustion from being good and asks God to take him instead of Anupama. He prays for Anupama’s life. Sagar is devastated and begs God not to take Anupama away. Meenu tries to comfort Sagar.
Bala informs everyone that Anupama is in a critical condition. He says that if she doesn’t respond in 15 minutes, they may lose her. Kinjal cries for Anupama. Anuj decides to perform a prayer. The doctors are worried as Anupama is not responding. Adhya breaks down, and Hasmuk gets emotional. Meenu tries to reassure Hasmuk that Anupama will be okay.
The doctors decide to do everything they can to save Anupama. However, Anupama takes her last breath, and Anuj loses consciousness too. Anupama and Anuj remember their past and both wish to die together. The doctor informs the Shah family that Anupama is no more. Hasmuk breaks down along with Sagar, Paritosh, Titu, and Adhya.
Anupama’s soul talks to Anuj. Anuj insists that Anupama can’t leave him, saying they are meant for each other. Anupama tells Anuj to think about Adhya. Anuj argues that Adhya needs her mother, but Anupama says that her time has come. She encourages Anuj to live for Adhya. Anuj pleads with Anupama not to leave, especially since Adhya recently forgave her. He says he can’t plan Adhya’s marriage without her.
Anuj promises Anupama that he won’t cause her any more trouble and begs her to stay. But Anupama says she has to go. Anuj insists that she can’t leave him and decides that if anything happens to her, he will take his own life too. Anupama asks Anuj to take care of himself. They both check their Radha Krishna locket. Anuj, heartbroken, calls out for Anupama. The episode ends.
Precap: Adhya tells Anuj that Anupama is no more. Anuj asks Anupama to fight back for their love. The doctors are shocked when Anupama responds. They call it a miracle.
