Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyaar Mein 11th September 2024 Written Update: Kiyaan tells Rajat that he got the papers and asks him to sign them. Rajat, feeling emotional, says they are meeting after a long time and that he missed Kiyaan a lot. He’s sure that Kiyaan missed him too. Rajat notices Kiyaan playing alone and asks if he doesn’t have any friends. He reminds Kiyaan how they used to play cricket together. Kiyaan replies that his preferences have changed now. He wants to become rich and one in a million like Arsh, playing rich games like golf and horse riding. He asks Rajat if he can give him whatever he wants. Rajat says yes, as his father has money now. Kiyaan then asks him to sign the papers.
Rajat reads the papers and is shocked. He asks what this is about. Kiyaan explains that he wants to apply for a passport and change his name from Kiyaan Rajat Thakkar to Kiyaan Arsh Gujral.
Rajat tells Kiyaan that he is his real father and that Arsh is not his biological father nor has he married his mother yet. Kiyaan replies that Rajat is a bad father who couldn’t fulfil his demands then and still can’t now. Rajat becomes emotional and recalls how happy he was when he held Kiyaan for the first time, feeling like he could conquer the world. But now, Kiyaan feels ashamed of him. Kiyaan tells Rajat to stop his emotional drama and sign the papers. Rajat signs them and asks if they can talk now. Kiyaan tells him to leave as he doesn’t have time and gets busy playing his game. Rajat recalls how he used to help Kiyaan button his shirt and says that even now, Kiyaan doesn’t know how to do it. Kiyaan warns him to stay away, and Rajat leaves.
Rajat returns home, upset, and asks the maid, Kavita, to get him some coffee. Savi informs him that Kavita isn’t home, and his parents have gone out to visit Bappa. Tara has gone to Canada, so Savi offers to make him coffee. Rajat says it’s fine and tries to make it himself. Savi helps him. Just then, Sai calls them to protect Bappa’s lamp, so they rush to help. Rajat burns his hand, and Savi scolds him to be more careful. She applies ice to his burn. Rajat remembers burning his hand in the past and calling Ashika for help, but Ashika told him to help himself as she was busy. Later, Ashika brought a PlayStation for Kiyaan, saying it was a gift from Arsh. Rajat had confronted her about taking Arsh’s help, but Ashika said she wanted the best for their son, which Rajat could never provide. Back in the present, Rajat yells at Savi. Sai gets scared and runs to her room. Savi scolds Rajat for being rude and frightening a child.
The Bhosale family discusses who will guard Bappa’s lamp at night. Aman overhears and offers to guard it with Mrunmayee. Milind says he will do it with his sister. Harini suggests letting Aman do it since Milind has a morning meeting and Isha and Shantanu have to attend college. The family agrees reluctantly. Aman and Mrunmayee spend quality time together, discussing how great musicians Rajat and Savi are.
Rajat visits a bar and gets very drunk, remembering Kiyaan’s harsh words. He advises a waiter to always express love for his children, or they will go far away. While trying to open a beer bottle with his teeth, Rajat injures his tongue, causing it to bleed. The waiter calls Savi using Rajat’s phone and informs her of the injury. Savi rushes to the bar and takes Rajat to a dentist. The dentist suggests stitching his tongue after giving him anesthesia. Savi throws Rajat’s alcohol bottle, which accidentally hits a laughing gas cylinder, causing gas to leak. Both Rajat and Savi start laughing uncontrollably. The doctor gives Rajat an injection while he tightly holds Savi’s hand. In his subconscious state, Rajat asks Kiyaan not to leave him, as no one else calls him “papa.” Savi thinks that meeting Kiyaan must have been tough on Rajat, but Sai is still there to call him papa.
Precap: Savi tells Rajat that she didn’t give birth to Sai, but never questioned her role as a mother. Rajat, being Sai’s father, is questioning his fatherhood. She hands him a file to check.
