Jhanak 21 September 2024 Written Update: The episode begins with Aniruddha asking Jhanak to meet him after she recovers and reassuring her not to worry, as nothing will happen to her. Jhanak says she isn’t afraid of death, and Aniruddha stops her from saying the word “death.” The nurse asks if they are a couple. They remain silent, and she comments that their chemistry makes it obvious. Back at Aniruddha’s house, everyone accuses Jhanak, saying that she and Aditya conspired against Aniruddha because he is wealthy and comes from a respectable family. Vinayak says he doesn’t believe Jhanak would do something like that. Arshi, irritated, says they should call her when they’re finished with their discussion.
The doctor informs them that Jhanak’s condition is serious. They have given her blood, but her body isn’t accepting it. Aniruddha asks if they need to arrange more blood for her. The doctor explains that they are doing their best, but it’s out of their hands. If Jhanak’s body accepts the blood, it will show that she is out of danger and improving. She advises them to pray. Aniruddha, upset, shouts at the doctor. Aditya argues with Aniruddha, blaming him for the situation. Aniruddha misbehaves with the doctor, who tells him to stay calm.
Meanwhile, Bablu and Choton are having a casual chat. Bablu mentions that he wants to watch a match in Kolkata and plans to arrange tickets for all the matches. Bablu also says that Appu will arrive the next day and asks if all the preparations are ready. Choton assures him that everything is prepared. Choton then shows Bablu a surprise gift they bought for Appu, which makes Bablu very happy.
As Bablu and Choton discuss Jhanak’s misfortune, Bipasha and Tanuja overhear them and cause a scene, asking how they can still think about Jhanak after what she did. The doctor steps in, telling Aditya and Aniruddha to stop fighting and pray for Jhanak’s recovery.
Outside the hospital, Aniruddha becomes even more agitated, worrying about Jhanak’s health. Aditya blames him for not taking care of her earlier.
Meanwhile, Arshi goes to her mother’s house to talk about the situation. She tells her father that she no longer trusts Aniruddha, as he has been ignoring her and is now completely focused on his mistress. Shristi, her mother, enters the conversation and scolds Arshi for marrying Aniruddha against her wishes. Shristi also suspects that Jhanak might be blackmailing Aniruddha for money or property.
Back at the house, Tanuja and Vipasha argue with Bablu and Choton. They accuse them of spending too much on their daughter’s wedding while neglecting other responsibilities. Although Bablu and Ajanta had given many gifts at Vipasha’s wedding, Vipasha now seems to overlook the love and respect from her in-laws. Choton’s mother steps in, scolding Vipasha and Tanuja for their ungratefulness, reminding them that her husband still supports the family with his own money.
Finally, the operation begins, but the doctors are unable to find a clear way to remove the tumor. Complications arise, leading to Jhanak’s death. The episode ends.
