Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 1st September 2024 Written Episode Update: In today’s episode, Rohit asks Abhira to behave properly with Ruhi. Arman, in turn, asks Rohit to be respectful towards Abhira. He is upset because Abhira slapped Ruhi. Abhira explains that Rohit should have corrected Ruhi for her mistake. Ruhi accuses Abhira of provoking Rohit. Ruhi also mentions that Abhira makes mistakes too. Arman adds that Abhira acknowledges her mistakes and apologizes for them. A heated argument ensues between Rohit, Arman, Ruhi, and Abhira. Kaveri intervenes, saying that Ruhi has ruined an important day. She blames Ruhi and then asks both Abhira and Ruhi to apologize to each other. However, Abhira refuses to apologize because Ruhi insulted her parents. Ruhi, on the other hand, refuses to apologize for slapping Abhira. Kaveri remarks that Abhira and Ruhi are incapable of managing her household.
Arman decides to reprint the wedding cards, but Abhira disagrees, not wanting to waste money. Instead, she comes up with a plan to fix the cards. Rohit questions Ruhi about not including Abhira’s parents’ names on the cards. Ruhi starts to think that Rohit is doubting her and manipulates him. Rohit then tries to cheer Ruhi up and decides to talk to Vidya about Abhira’s behavior. Ruhi claims that Abhira treats her like a servant. Rohit then takes Ruhi out for dinner.
Meanwhile, Arman and Abhira work together to fix the cards. Kaveri instructs Vidya to give turmeric paste to Abhira and Arman, and entrusts her with looking after Abhira. Kaveri also decides to question Vidya if anything happens to Abhira. She tells Arman to take care of himself, while Vidya advises Abhira to pamper herself. Vidya applies the turmeric paste on Abhira and instructs her to wash it off after 15 minutes, but Abhira says she is busy.
Ruhi, on the other hand, plans to win back the Poddars’ trust so she can carry out her plan to separate Arman and Abhira. Abhira then leaves for the court, shocking Vidya, who reminds her about the turmeric paste. Abhira assures Vidya that she will reapply it after returning. Vidya feels upset.
Later, Arman and Abhira bump into each other, and Abhira confesses her love for him. She asks Arman to meet her privately, and Arman feels excited. Meanwhile, Ruhi organizes a beauty session for the ladies and asks Vidya to forgive her. Vidya is worried that Abhira is not enthusiastic about her wedding. Ruhi comments that Abhira should have taken some time off to enjoy the wedding preparations, but Vidya feels that Abhira doesn’t understand. Ruhi, however, believes that Abhira will never fit in with the Poddars and manipulates Vidya. The episode ends.
Precap: Kaveri asks Abhira to sign the prenuptial agreement. Abhira is shocked to learn that she won’t be allowed to work after marriage and that she must have a baby soon. She refuses to accept Kaveri’s conditions, leading to an argument between them.
