Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai 9th September 2024 Written Update: In today’s episode, Manish remembers Akshara and fears that Ruhi and Abhira might be sisters. Ruhi compliments Abhira for hosting the ceremony and asks her if she is happy. Abhira asks Ruhi if she isn’t happy for her and confronts Ruhi about sending Manish back. Ruhi tells Abhira to stop claiming a right over Manish.
Meanwhile, Manish regrets not answering Akshara’s call and feels guilty for disowning her. His health worsens, and Swarna and Surekha start to worry. The doctor informs them that Manish might suffer a heart attack and advises them to take him to the hospital. While they call for an ambulance, Abhira starts feeling uneasy and demands Arman take her to Manish’s house.
Abhira is concerned for Manish, whose heart suddenly stops. She says that Manish can’t leave her alone. Swarna and Surekha watch as Abhira encourages Manish to keep fighting. Thankfully, his condition stabilizes, and the doctor informs them that he is now out of danger. Manish eventually opens his eyes.
Abhira decides to stay with Manish to comfort him, but Surekha and Swarna suggest she should rest. Even though Abhira wants to stay, Arman promises that he will bring her back if Manish needs her. Swarna requests that Abhira not tell Ruhi about Manish’s condition, as Ruhi might not be able to handle the stress. Abhira agrees to keep it a secret, and she and Arman reassure Swarna.
Later, Kaveri asks Abhira to organize another event, challenging her to host it with her parents’ blessings. Arman defends Abhira, telling Kaveri to stop bothering her. Kaveri insists that since Abhira claims her parents’ blessings are helping her, she should be able to organize another function and bring gifts from the bride’s family. Kaveri points out that Abhira doesn’t have a family, but Arman declares that he is Abhira’s family. Offended, Kaveri leaves. Determined, Abhira agrees to host the event again. The episode ends.
Precap: Kaveri tells Sanjay that Abhira will lose. Abhira discusses the event with Arman, while Kaveri searches for Abhira’s family. Manish surprises both Abhira and the Poddars.
