Nidhi is becoming more and more desperate as she feels Preeta’s presence getting stronger in the Luthra house every day. She tries to keep Karan busy with a grand clinic opening ceremony, hoping that the crowd will keep him from thinking about Preeta. However, Karan’s heart is only focused on his wife, and he feels her presence everywhere he goes. He tells his close friends that he can smell Preeta’s signature perfume and can even feel her heartbeat in the hallway. This makes Nidhi extremely angry and scared because she knows her years of lies will be over if they meet.
On the other side, Shaurya is still playing dirty games to break Rajveer and Palki apart for his own selfish reasons. He creates a fake situation using doctored photos that makes Rajveer believe Palki is hiding a big secret from him. Rajveer, who is already stressed with his own problems, loses his temper and has a massive fight with Palki in front of the whole family. Palki is left crying and feeling completely alone, wondering why the man she loves doesn’t trust her. Shaurya smiles to himself, feeling proud that his plan to ruin their relationship is working perfectly.
The episode reaches a climax during the evening puja at the mansion. While everyone is busy with the prayers, Karan wanders into the garden and sees a woman’s silhouette that looks exactly like Preeta. Just as he is about to reach out to her, an old family member who was passing by also sees her and almost screams her name in shock. Nidhi sees this happening from a distance and quickly tries to create a fake medical emergency to distract Karan. The episode ends with Karan standing frozen, not knowing whether to believe his eyes or help Nidhi, while Preeta disappears into the shadows once more.
Upcoming Twist: Karan will finally come face-to-face with Preeta at a temple, but he will be shocked to find out that she has lost her memory and doesn’t recognize him at all. Nidhi will use this to her advantage to try and convince Preeta that Karan is a stranger.
