Purvi is trying very hard to win the hearts of the Malhotra family by cooking a special traditional feast for the elders. She spends hours in the kitchen making sure every dish is perfect because she wants to prove herself as a good daughter-in-law. However, Monisha is determined to ruin her reputation and make her look bad in front of the family. Monisha sneaks into the kitchen when no one is looking and pours a huge amount of salt into the main curry. She hopes that when the elders eat the food, they will be disgusted and kick Purvi out of the house.
However, the plan backfires because Rajvansh (RV) happens to see Monisha’s evil act from behind the kitchen door. Even though RV keeps telling himself that he only married Purvi to take revenge on her family, his heart refuses to let her be insulted. After Monisha leaves, RV secretly goes into the kitchen and uses his own cooking skills to fix the dish and balance the flavors. He stays there until he is sure the food tastes delicious, showing that he still has a protective side when it comes to Purvi’s dignity and hard work.
When the family finally sits down to eat, they are extremely impressed by the taste of the food and give Purvi expensive gifts and blessings. Monisha is shocked and can’t understand what went wrong with her sabotage plan. Later that night, Purvi discovers that it was actually RV who helped her save the day. They share a very soft and emotional moment in their room where it feels like the walls between them are finally starting to melt. The episode ends with a hint that Monisha is already planning a much more dangerous trap involving a fake theft accusation for the next day.
Upcoming Twist: RV will get injured while saving Purvi from a planned accident at the market. While taking care of him, Purvi will overhear RV talking in his sleep about the real reason he married her, which will leave her completely heartbroken.
