The episode is centered on a massive scandal at the Bhosle Institute. Savi is walking through the corridor when she notices students whispering and laughing at her. She is confused until she enters the canteen. On the large digital notice board, a photo of her and Ishaan is being projected. The photo is cropped and edited to make it look like they are sharing an intimate, romantic moment in a dark corner of the library.
In reality, the photo was from a moment when Savi had tripped on a ladder and Ishaan had simply caught her. But the way it’s being presented makes it look scandalous. Students start passing derogatory comments, calling Savi a gold-digger. Savi stands there, frozen and humiliated, as the tears start rolling down her cheeks.
Reeva enters the canteen and instead of stopping the crowd, she adds fuel to the fire. She tells the students that this is what happens when someone doesn’t know their boundaries. She looks at Savi with a look of superiority, enjoying every bit of the girl’s downfall. Savi tries to speak and defend herself, but the crowd’s jeering is too loud, and she eventually runs out, feeling completely broken.
Ishaan hears the noise and rushes to the canteen, but by then, the photo has already been sent to all the faculty groups. He is furious and tries to find out who uploaded the file. He finds Savi crying in the parking lot and tries to comfort her, but Savi pushes him away, saying that their bond has now become her biggest curse.
Precap: The Management Committee calls for an emergency meeting. The Principal informs Ishaan that due to the moral outrage, Savi must be suspended from the institute immediately.
